I rate this service less than 0. My order was not delivered. My PayPal account was charged. When trying to find out what was going on I was ignored on the messaging stream and put on perpetual hold, or hung up on. Customer service is non existent. All I wanted to do was do something nice for my wife. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in all my 60 years. Steer clear of this so called flower delivery service. They will steal your money and give you nothing but anger in return. more
