Love this veterinary office- best in Clemmons (I know, because I transferred here after 2 years with Animal Ark). Love all of the vets. that I've seen here and the CARE is great! I have 2 big dogs and 1 cat that bosses them around. more

EXCELLENT CARE & GOOMING (10 YRS) 7/26/2010

\r My standard poodle is 13 years old...my cat is also 13 years old. Both have received excellent care. When Dr Beeson discovered the tumor he thought was benign that he removed from my dog came back cancerous...he reoperated immediately and didn't charge for the 2nd operation. That was 8 years ago and she is healthy and happy. Sara is the greatest groomer and I've never found razor burns or cuts on my standard poodle...which is almost impossible with her thick nappy coat. \r \r Pros: GROOMER SARA IS GREAT..SO IS DR BEESON more

A little effort goes a long way 7/14/2010

I took in one of my cats a few months ago because she had been acting very strangely. To make a long and sad story short, she had cancer and needed to be put down. Though not overly empathetic, the staff was very nice and handled the people part well. A week or so ago I received a condolence note about my sweet kitty girl that passed away. It didn't take much effort, but it sold me on continuing to use Village Way. more

My dog came home with fleas - rude staff 9/17/2009

My dog has been getting groomed at Village Way for a couple of years. We've been satisfied, but not overly happy with our experience. It's hard to find groomers for large breed dogs, so we've stuck with Village Way. Last week my dog came home with fleas after getting his hair cut. I understand that this could happen and wasn't blaming them. I did call to ask about buying Frontline and to make them aware of their flea problem. After telling the lady answering the phone, I didn't even get a simple ""I'm Sorry"". Instead I got a lecture about how I should be using a preventative to keep him from getting fleas. Our two dogs and two cats have not had fleas all year and she wants to lecture me about my dog getting fleas in their office. Needless to say, we will not being buying our Frontline there and he will not go back their to get groomed. All four of our animals go to the vet at Valley Animal Clinic and love the people and the staff. Unfortunately, they don't do grooming. \r \r Again, I understand that things like this happen, but what has happened to customer service. A simple, I'm sorry would have been sufficient. more

Excellent Care 6/26/2007

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Beeson for over 20 years. Although we no longer live in the immediate area, we choose to drive the extra miles because of the quality care and experience provided by Dr. Beeson and his staff. We are a large multipet family with several of our furry family members being rescued and adopted. The staff at Village Way has always gone out of their way to help us with the issues that arise when caring for abused, mistreated dogs and cats. We also realize that as our pets age and the associated infirmities begin to set in, it is important to have a physcian and facility that can meet their needs. As advanced health care provides ourselves, we have always felt that our aging pets have recieved that most compassionate and comprehensive care available in this area at Village Way. The rates at the this hospital are more than reasonable. With over 10 dogs and cats, 4 which are geriatric, we have to get alot of vaccines, dental work, grooming, etc. I would highly recommend Village Way and its staff to provide excellent, comprehensive care for all pets. Pros: Compassionate staff. Excellent facilities. Reasonable rates for services provided. Physcians that are current with all standards of care and excellent providers. more

Great vet hospital 4/20/2007

Dr. B. was my vet for years until I got one closer to where I live. I went back Wednesday for assistance with a puppy I found. Everyone, including Dr. B. went out of their way to help me and be friendly. It's tempting to drive to the next county for him to see my animals again. Pros: Friendly, helpful staff Cons: Distance from my home more

Good vet, office staff nice 4/7/2007

The Doctors and staff at Village way, while a busy practice, are prompt and curteous with the pets and owners. Village Way Vet's prices for services are not overinflated like other practices in Winston. They provide good service, even if they are a little out of the way. It's worth the trip. Pros: Open on Saturday Cons: sometimes fast is too fast more
