I have been shopping here for years and have always had a good experience but this last time was outstanding. I went in to get some Debbie Meyer Green Bags-they work!-and was told at the front desk that the last box was just sold. I was let down and the people at the desk said I could order some and they would be shipped to me. But then I said that I would have to pay for shipping and handling-and they promptly waived that charge! Believe me, I wasn't asking for that; I was merely whining outloud and even said so! But they took care of me, took my 20% coupon and within 2 days, which is extraordinary, got the order. Everything went so well. Customer service should be so great every place. These three people were courteous and wonderful, as everyone always is there. I'm not in very often, but enough so that they recognize me by face and everyone is treated with the same degree of respect. Keep it up, BB&B!
