Hands down, best customer service in the city 4/24/2006

I'm constantly surprised at how genuinely nice and helpful the employees are at this Bed Bath & Beyond. I'm not sure how they are at other locations, but whenever I go here, there are always plenty of floor staff to answer my questions or help me find whatever household goody I want in a different size or color. I also never have to wait to get checked out and they even let me come back with my receipt when I forgot my 20% off coupon at home. This is one big chain I don't mind supporting. Plus, there's free parking! Pros: Customer service, Great coupons!, Free parking Cons: So-so regular prices more
