Our guest room shower was leaking down into our lower level game room. It is an insert installed by the previous owner.. we called Beckwith Plumbing and they promptly came out. , went up into the ceiling panels, checked the pipes , ran the water and did a " complete inspection" couldn't find anything wrong and didn't understand where the water / leak could possibly be coming from. Came up with 3 different scenarios. They "re-sealed" the pipes etc. Cost us over $200. Problem solved. Until we had guests one month later and the game-room was flooded. We called another plumber. In 5 minutes he showed us that the problem was that the caulking around the drain where it joined the shower floor was old and dry and the drain was not screwed all the way in. it took him 10 minutes to fix it and he charged us $70.00. His road trip cost. This was an obvious Plumbing 101 problem and Beckwith missed it. We now have to replace $300 worth of ceiling panels in the game-room. We had Beckwith on two oc
