The two men who delivered the beds were very polite, patient, & helpful. Did an excellent job! The salesman, Jake, was also very polite & knowledgable while being extra patient with us older people. Nice young man, nice respectful representative of your company. We have been very pleased with your company for many years and have come back many times. Great store! more

The delivery guys were so very cheerful and efficient. They called to say that may be a bit late, had gotten stuck in snow, (snowstorm night before) but they showed up a few minutes later. They even brought a flower for my wife. Will definentely shop Becker again. more

Becker is great ! I had to change my order 4 day's before delivery and they made it happen! The moving men placed my furniture right where I wanted it and removed their shoes. I love Becker!! more

My purchase was for two items that were to be shipped separately, the delivery people asked for a C.O.D fee on the first shipment and I had been told I only needed to pay the balance due upon the second delivery. They waived the charge on the first delivery, I called customer service and the assistant mgr of the store where I purchased the items - The changes were corrected and I was very satisfied. So nice to get a carnation from the delivery folks! more
