My purchase was for two items that were to be shipped separately, the delivery people asked for a C.O.D fee on the first shipment and I had been told I only needed to pay the balance due upon the second delivery. They waived the charge on the first delivery, I called customer service and the assistant mgr of the store where I purchased the items - The changes were corrected and I was very satisfied. So nice to get a carnation from the delivery folks!
