it pains me to even give them one star...
I bought a 2005 Chrysler pacifica from them, 5 days after i had it, i was stuck on the side of the road with my new born baby in the car because it overheated and completely broke down. After i got it towed in, they promised they would take care of it. I go back in to pick it up, and ask if they used genuine crysler parts on it, because they said they replaced the water pump, upper radiator hose, and a timing belt. Dick, said yes, of course. I go outside, pop the hood, and what do i find?!? A carquest sticker on my upper radiator hose! like are you kidding me, he just totally lied straight to my face.
Thats not even the worst part yet.
One week later, im looking at my fuel light. It went from full, with 365 miles till empty, to 17 miles to empty, completely empty. i try and fill up, it wont let me. I take it BACK into beaverton hyundai for now the 2nd time in less than a month. Dan miller, admits that they had taken out the gas tank and put a used one in it, hoping we wouldnt notice.
THey cant figure out how to fix it, and send it to NW jeep and crysler.
Takes them over a MONTH to pay for the repairs!!!
I get my car back finally after almost 2 months, and 6 days later, guess what. its not fixed. Same issue.
I call in and speak with dave- their manager. He says sorry and of course come on in we will fix it up for you. I take it back in and dan miller- service manager, tells me no, he wont fix it, because the loaner they gave me was dirty when i gave it back. I had the car for 2 months, yeah, sorry it may need to be vacuumed.
SO here i am 4 months into a car i havent driven for more than 3 weeks total and even though i have a SIGNED contract from them saying they would do WHATEVER it took to fix my truck, they wont because the loaner i returned was dirty.
They are the worst of any dealership i have ever seen. I cant believe the way they treated me, and other people i saw there. Once you fill out your paperwork, and they get paid, they dont care what happens to you, or the car after that.
Needless to say, i will be contacting my lawyer today, as this all falls directly into text book lemon law.
