I have been going to Beauty Kliniek for over twenty five years and in that time have traveled all over the world. Yes, I have experienced some interesting spa treatments but nothing compares to Maria at Beauty Kliniek. She was excellent helping through skin problems with two pregnancies and now as I get into my late forties and wanting a very natural look without all the injections etc. I feel like my skin has never looked better. more

I made a mistake by going to one of the chain message places for about a year. Never liked it. Then I went back to Beauty Kliniek, and found out what a great message really is. Now they have club with reduced prices which makes it even that much better. Love it! more

Had my hair done recently at B.K., and it's always such a pampering experience to spend a couple of hours there...delightful! Kind of pricey, but worth it for a real treat. We had a couples sauna and massage which was amazing!! The minute we walked in we were greeted and shown back to the changing area. Everything was pleasant from the relaxation room to the masseuses to the fresh fruit! :) I was a new man after the massage and I'm definitely coming back soon. more

I have been to Beauty Kliniek for many different services; bridal party package, nails, etc. Recently I went to them to experience their new type of Airbrush Tan. I was attending a wedding in Calabasas and was a bridesmaid and wanted to look perfect in pictures. I typically go to my girlfriend at a tanning salon for my airbrush tan, but she was unable to fit me into her schedule. Beauty Kliniek was able to schedule me for the next day and although I was nervous about their "all natural" solution, I must say I will never go back to a tanning salon airbrush tan again! The color was amazing, very natural. I did not experience any streaking, and my tan lasted over 10 days! Patricia, not mention, is amazing! She made me feel totally comfortable, and she does an amazing job! Kudos to Beauty Kliniek, and Patricia! Beauty Kliniek has been in business for many years. I think over 25 years now. They have proven how good they are by client loyalty. Clients keep going back because they truly look after you. They give great specials to their loyalty clients. Massage for 1hr and sauna for $59.00. That is a great deal. I love that they have so many services in one location. From the moment I arrived at Beauty Kliniek, I was impressed. The young ladies at the desk were courteous, professional, warm and welcoming. The massage I received was truly remarkable. My neck and shoulders were extremely tight as I work at a desk most of the day and deal with a lot of stress. 50 minutes later, almost all of my pain was gone! I have received massages for almost 10 years and never has this happened in only one treatment. Next I had a facial. The esthetician prescribed the facial that was best for my skin and for the results I was seeking. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. I was recommended to Terence at Beauty Kliniek by a friend. My color had been ruined so many time before and my hair was in bad shape when i went to Terence. From my friends rave reviews of Terence's skills with color and cuts, I felt confident from the moment I sat in his chair. After a quick consultation, he gave the best color I have ever had. My hair has never looked so good!!!!!! He was quick and efficient and my color was flawless!! I have paid hundreds of dollars per service before and never got color that looked as good as what i got at Beauty Kliniek from Terence. My cut and color was $180.00 and that is a bargain for what I got!!!! He also recommended me to an amazing facialist named Kate, and I also got one of the best facials I have ever had!!!!!! the facility looks great and the service attitude from the staff was ok...sort of friendly... the deep tissue message was kinda rough in the throughout but since i asked for a firm message, I was ok with it...then during the treatment, i get the elbow on my back...cracking my hands and putting her whole weight on them (when i told the messuse not to touch them), I never had folks put their weight on my hands..that is not cool, specially when I told her to not touch them.....during the shower...when i bent down to get the shower gel, i felt excruciating pain on my entire neck and head..I told the staff and she'd told me that should be normal..I went home and had to pop 800mg of Motrin for the entire day and next..today..the third day, I am still with pain...I have more pain coming out of the spa than when I went in..IS THAT NORMAL?!??? I thought I should feel better after a message... I will not go back to that place and will not recommend anyone with any pain to go into the spa either.. and also..i didn't get the whole entire time that I paid for...so go if you like but just be aware..and maybe just ask for a soft message and nothing serious... I just recently moved to La Jolla, and I am so glad I found this day spa! After moving I was exhausted, and one of the first things I did was go for a massage - I had the aromatherapy massage and let me tell you, I was in heaven. Plus, the spa is absolutely beautiful, and has a relaxing environment with nice, calm music. I know most spas have these things, but the balance was perfect at Beauty Kliniek. Wow! Talk about one-stop shopping. Not only does this place offer unbelievable body treatments, but they also have an entire team of health professionals. I've gone regularly for massages, but when my neck and jaw pain became chronically worse, I was introduced to the Wellness Center. I realized that my pain was not only physical, but also mental and emotional. I met with the naturopathic doctor, homeopathic doctor, psychotherapist, acupuncturist, aromatherapist and manual lymph drainage professionals. I wasn't treated as a symptom, but rather as a whole person. At times I felt the team of practitioners were more committed to my health than I was; that's how competent and compassionate they all were. Beauty Kliniek is the epitomy of holistic and alternative health and has now become my primary healthcare facility. Pros: Every treatment for mind, body and soul under one roof. Cons: None more

I've been to Beauty Kliniek several times while in San Diego--for facials, massages, pedicure, manicure, hair styling, makeup. But cosmetology is only the tip of the iceberg here. It is a labyrinth of intriguing niches each with state-of-the-art offerings for body, mind, and spirit. The clinicians are--across the board--topnotch; they made each session totally relaxing, enjoyable, and therapeutic. This I can compare to some I've been to in the NYC area, where staff can be indifferent and lack the degree of expertise and caring I found here, in massages for example. This is a world-class facility, understandably so because its founder and CEO LInda-Anne Kahn, who is multi-certified in everything from aromatherapy to lymphedema therapy, hand picks and trains each employee to her own rigorous standards. The newly expanded wellness center is a wonderful complementary medicine branch, boasting a list of up-to-the-minute certifed staff not the least of whom is their vibrant and compassionate psychotherapist Nicole Kahn, trained on two coasts. She is my first destination on my next trip out. If you like spas--or even if you don't--you'll love this one.
