Bad service. No compassion for emergency situations. Wednesday, July 13, 2011, my 8-year-old daughter had a toothache. She suffered through the night. The next morning my wife told me to take our daughter to Dr. Dabney. I called as soon as Dr. Dabney's office opened (9:00 A.M.). I explained the situation. They told me to come in the next day at noon. I explained the situation again (i.e., 8-year-old in pain; i.e., dental emergency). They told me to come in the next day at noon. I asked whether there was a dentist to whom Dr. Dabney referred her patients for emergencies that she can't attend to. They told me to call my insurance company. Wow! What kind of response is that? This is a true story. This is an example of very poor service. We had been loyal patients of theirs for years. This is ghetto service. For better service contact Dr. Grage at Family Dentistry on Covington Highway (404-289-6454). Dr. Grage was a life saver, a healer, and a true medical professional.
