Great Service done quickly for someone just passing through 6/9/2011

Traveling through the Vandalia area on I-70 when my 07 Mustang GTCS Vert started throwing motor codes. The car lost power & appeared to be getting worse. Found this dealer on my Droid- Google Maps. \r \r Pulled in & spoke with Mike Taylor, Asst Service Manager.\r My car was put in front of a very busy service line and tended to by a wrench who knew his Mustangs. In an hour repairs were made & I was back on the road. more

Damon, Greg, and Jerry were all excellent. Jerry told me to talk with Damon when I came in. Even with my difficult situation of dealing with so much negative equity and poor credit; he made sure the process was as painless as possible. A big thank you goes out to Greg and Debbie for figuring out the financial end. They really went to the max with the bank! This was the best car buying experience ever. more

WONDERFUL Customer Service 7/22/2004

We recently shopped for a 2005 Altima and after a terrible experience thru a competitor, found Beau Townsend (Nissan). They were extremely professional and friendly. Our sales associate (Barry) explained answers to all of our questions. This really helped us feel at ease with the purchase. The manager (Keith) was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, they took the extra time and effort to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.
