I'm highly disappointed. I spent $450.00 to have my eyebrows tattooed. They were horribly uneven and spotty. I called and was told they experimented with a new needle; to come in and they'd correct it. I was charged an additional $100.00 for their mistake. Now they have healed and are still not right. I can't afford to pay them for any more mistakes they've made. They were great 10 years ago. But I'm sadly disappointed more

best permanent makeup training 3/30/2008

Rose Marie Beauchemin, founder of Beau Institute has put together a good training program. She explains techniques and makeup design, and provides plenty of hands on class time. Her permanent makeup class is the best I could find. She also makes good educational video tapes & CDs.\r more
