Horrible, horrible experience. Unless you take a class or are a regular (maybe?), the staff is less than friendly. I was a brand new (almost) customer, and was treated very poorly. The staff, which seemed to be comprised entirely of teenaged girls, was unhelpful and very unprofessional, and I noticed them being flat-out rude to one of the customers. Apparently they are unaware that there are plenty of other places to buy quality beads. Skip this one. The selection may be nice, but it isn't worth the awful customer service experience.
