We had a miserable night there because they can't decide what a ""non-smoking"" room is. Hint, you don't put ashtrays in them. When we called to complain that our ""non-smoking"" room reeked of smoke, the rude woman said she couldn't help us as we were already in a ""non-smoking"" room and if we didn't like it, we should go to another hotel. Since it was late on a Saturday evening, we toughed it out. The next day, the manager refused to apologize to us. He offered a discount, then, a few minutes later when we checked out, he would not give it to us. Unbelievable! We will never go back to this place, where they don't know what ""non-smoking"" means, are extremely rude, and don't keep their promises.
