horrible consignment store. owner loses merchandise and is indecisive but more importantly she is extremely rude. She accepted an item on consignment from me and then called my home phone and told me she changed her mind and that I had 24 hours to pick it up or it would be donated. She lost my designer bag and said ""that's the risk you take when you consign."" Don't get burned by consigning here! more

Never Use This Consigment shop 9/28/2009

The owner of this store is rude and uncompromising. She does not itemize the clothes when they are left for consignment. Upon receiving an itemization in the mail there was an indication that some items were not suitable for consigment. When I went to get these items, I was missing a coat. The owner said the coat was not there and implied I was lying about brining it in. She was extremely rude and refused to compensate me in any way for the item. I will never use this store again and I warn anyone considering to do so to be very, very careful. Pros: None! Cons: Rude Owner more
