nice place to stay 4/29/2006

We stayed at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort for three nights when we went to Legoland! It is on the beachfront which was a huge hit for us, we wanted to spend hours on the beach and this was very convenient for us! It is a very nice, family oriented resort that even has a play area and swimming pool! The rooms were very nice as well, comfortable and clean! Also close to shopping and dining! Affordable rates! more

A pleasant place to stay 1/13/2006

This hotel is located in the coastal village of Carlsbad, three miles from Legoland and 30 miles from San Diego Airport. This beachfront hotel includes a children's playground, outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, and a fitness center. Daily scheduled activities may include chair massage, yoga lessons, or pancake breakfasts. Beach equipment and bicycles are available for guests' use. more

Nice Beach Spot 12/29/2005

This is a great place to go stay close to the beach in Carlsbad. You can easily walk to the beach, as well as several restaruants and bars in downtown Carlsbad. The pool is nice, rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Prices in the summer are a little expensive, but overall, it's definitely a place to consider if you're in town on vacation. more

Another Nice Resort 7/12/2005

Carlsbad Inn is another great resort that is also used for timeshares or just as an Inn. It is close to the center of it all in Carlsbad. It is right on the beach and you can walk to all the local shops. There are restaurants, nightclubs, boutiques and ice cream parlors all within the area. If you are beach town to stay in, this would be a great choice. The Inn itself is very nice and the rooms are quite spacious. If you stay here, you will have great views of the ocean and the sun setting in the evenings. more
