Baypointe Apartments

The New Manager is ""great"" compared to the old manager. I recently started cleaning the units and I am amazed how well maintenace can make them look brand new. We have had Exterior Improvements just recently and they look great! We have been here about 8 years and enjoying it. more

I have lived here since 2002 - I wanted Security and to provide services. Overall, they have been really good. I had a long term issue and after they toook over new management it was resolved. The property manager is very supportive. She listen to the small things that may not be an issue to someone else. I would like to see the pool re-opened. Maybe even have a 1/4ly meeting for the tenants for a meet and greet. It would be good to know your neighbors on a more personal note. more

Reside here for over 20 years. Management is very friendly. Maintenance Staff is very friendly. The work order requests have been completed in a timely manner. I feel that my neighbors are trust worthly and I feel safe living here. I would like to see a picnic table in my area :) more

I have been here for two years and will continue to stay here. The property manager worked with me has worked with me on a few different occasions when I ran into a few complications. I love the building I reside in and have very friendly neighbors. I hope they fix the pool soon. more

Plain & Simple - Rose! The Property Manager is the reason why I stay here. She works well with her residents and addresses the concerns very promptly. She is a grounding force in our community. I don't think this place would be as romotely successful without her! more

Resident here for 5 yrs. I love this complex because the people are very nice. I feel I am in a nice section. Rose- I love her! If I have any problems she takes care of it. She has done ""hands on"" work here and is very involved as a Manager. Tenants wave to me who I don't even know! I really enjoy it here. I love the fact this place is ""pet friendly"". more

I just moved into this complex since February. The price is very reasonable for rent and other residents are very respectful of other peoples things. more

Rose is very nice. (Property Manager). I don't have to worry about fixing anything that needs repaired because maintenance takes care of it for me. Quiet neighborhood. Been here for 18 years. more

My roommates and I have been here at Baypointe Apartments for 5 months and we are students. This is a very quiet place to live, close to the college and if safety is a concern, this is the place to be! more

I am a resident here now for 1.5 years. This is a very nice and quiet complex. The Property Manager is always willing to listen when you go to the Office and talk to her. Staff has assisted in a timely manner. The work orders that I have requested have been done immediately. There are alot of families here and they are respectful. The main reason I came here is because this place is pet friendly and I appreciated that. more

I have had the opportunity to live at Baypointe Apartments for over 15 years now - and I wanted to add that as of 2010 - Baypointe Apartments is ""Under New Management"". The Staff has made some excellent changes to the community and I am very proud to be a Resident. They offer 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments at a very reasonable rate! Stop by for yourself and see all of the positive changes at Baypointe! You will be glad that you did! more

Its not the worse place in Saginaw to live. Im currently renting here yea there is no pool but rent is only like $500 somthing for a 2 bed room apt and if any one has looked at other 1 bed room apts in saginaw township you would now that most are $600 somthing and 2 bed rooms are $700 to $800 so its really a mater of u get what u pay for. more

I moved to Baypointe in 1983. Management is very helpful and my maintenance needs have always been satisified. My neighbor Nick went to the Saginaw Township Police Department and asked where a good rental community was and they highly recommended Baypointe. My neighbor Nada has lived at Baypointe for 27 yrs. and Chuck G. for 25 yrs. My neighbor Dale moved out and a year latter, moved back in at Baypointe. I guess when you see people staying for years and those who had moved returning to Baypointe, you know ""It's a good community"". This apartment complex is a far cry from a 4 star rating. They do not care who they rent out to just as long as you can pay the rent. Poor lighting, black mold reported in garden level apartments, rodent problems, management is unavailable, and slow to respond to maintenance issues. The pool leaks, garbage in car ports, bushes, walkways. No security! Buildings are not clean and the security doors leading into some building are not locked for your safety. That's right that means anyone off the street could walk right into your apartment building without you knowing about it. Dogs are allowed to do their duties anywhere and management doesn't enforced owners to pick up after their pets! So, if you want to live on the West Side of Saginaw but feel like you live on the nasty East Side of Saginaw. This place is for you! Unfortunately for me it's an a apartment complex I will certainly tell others ""NOT"" to move into. These apartments are fithy with unprofessional management!
