I do not like the fact that the doctors specify how many Medicaid patients are seen per hour. I do not like the fact that I called to cancel an appointment (45 minutes ahead of my time slot, due to weather) and was still FLAGGED because not enough notice was given. They have a policy: three strikes, you're kicked out of their practice. You can not make appointments in advance. You must call on the day you want to visit to schedule an appointment. I like that this clinic is located in a good area.
