Went over and above for me 1/24/2011

Thanks to Mike and Doug at Bayonet! I appreciate how they resolved the problems with my neighbor?s slab taking up part of my space. This required extra moving and work. [The Quality Control Inspector?s] service was very important to insure that the unit was running properly, which it was! more

Bayonet?s installer did a great job with my new system, the salesman answered every question, and returned all of my calls. Everyone was on time too. You really can?t ask for more than that! more

Better than others 11/22/2010

I had Bayonet Plumbing and Ac out to install a water heater in my home. After the Bayonet installer left my home, they sent a quality control manager out, to see that I was satisfied. I was very impressed. Their service is great. This company has exceeded my expectations and they are so above other companies I?ve used. more

We were very pleased with the service we received from Bayonet Inc. We especially appreciate that a REAL PERSON answers the phone and we did not have to wait for them to return our call. While the installers were very professional and courteous, I do not think they would have caught a small problem with the unit without Joe, their Quality Assurance Person. He was very thorough and caught the problem immediately. We also appreciated that they sent someone out on the Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend to fix an unrelated problem for us. We had guests using our home and hadn?t changed out the system yet. They were able to have a great weekend thanks to Bayonet! more
