I am writing regarding the cleanliness of the facility and a staff member. \r I have known 2 other members of this gym who contracted ringworm from the filthy exercises mats that go uncleaned at this gym. I cannot prove it was from there mats, but it is the only place likely to have ringworm.\r The girl in charge of personal training, she is also a personal trainer herself, is RUDE! She might be the most unfriendly person I've ever come into contact with. Her name is Katy. You will know her because you will say hi to her and she won't even acknowledge that you exist. I have heard MANY members complain about her. The quality of the staff has gone downhill in the past few years. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! more

Got a Raging Staph Infection in their Jacuzzi 6/12/2007

Baylor Tom Landry used to be a clean and excellent facility. It has since fallen down in terms of staff, service and cleanliness. I speak as a member of 15 years who finally gave up and migrated to another gym. Tom Landry is filthy. I got a staph infection after being in the jacuzzi there next to the pool. My internist, sugeon and nurses all agreed thata the issue was ""jacuzzi-related."" I couldn't receive a call back from the Manager and my reports went without notice. They're even charging me for time I won't use there. Nevermind offering to pay for thousands of dollars in medical costs. DO NOT GO THERE! Pros: It used to be nice. Cons: You could die from the staph floating in the jacuzzi. I almost did. more
