I took my car to One Stop auto to get a repair, One stop was suppose to fix my car call me and then take my car to this shop for a smog. I guess they work together i now found out...

I've known Mr. Gary Singh for the last 12 years. I am a retired man. Gary always does what ever my car needs to be done in a very reasonable price and I like bay Star Auto Care, there is no hidden charge. more

Bay Star Auto is the best. I recently moved to bay area. I shopped around to get a smog check for my car. Everyone tries to cheat me, but then my friend recommended me to Bay Star Auto. This is the most honest shop I ever found. more

Everytime that I bring in any of my cars to Gary, The job gets done fast and professional. And the prices you cannot beat anywhere. You will find out what I mean when you check the prices at other automotive care shops! I guarantee anyone will be satisfied when they go to him. I own a 2007 Escalade, 1998 VW golf, my other cars are my daughters 2006 Altima and 2000 Infinity. I also had a 2000 escalade and 1998 STS cad. I have been going to him for over 15 years and still am staisfied with his work. more

Very Reasonable Shop 9/28/2010

I am a long time Bay star Auto's customer. Bay Star is the #1 car repair shop in the whole bay area. Bay Star is very good at explaining every detail to their customers. Normally women have no experience with cars, they take the time to explain every thing to them so they can understand. Bay star is an excellent repair shop. I always take my car there. The prices are very reasonable as well. more

They fixed the problem 9/24/2010

My name is Wayne, I have a '97 corolla. I have been Bay Star's customer for the past 10 years. Once I took my car to Pep Boys, they charged me $1,000 for maintenance service and a coolant leak. But after I left the problem was still there. I then took my car to Bay Star after a friend referred me and they fixed the problem for a couple hundred. Since then I always take my car to Bay star. I will never go any place else. more

Happy with the job 9/16/2010

I will never pay dealer price again for auto repair! I took my car here at Bay Star for my scheduled maintenance and they gave me an estimate promptly knowing how I was pressed for time. It was my first time at this repair shop and I'm totally satisfied with the job. The downtime was minimal and pretty close to their estimated time it will take to do the repair. Bay Star repairs are covered with a written guarantee, so this put my mind at ease in case anything unexpected or unintentional happens after the repair. I am happy with the job and the money I saved. I highly recommend this place. more
