I had a wonderful experience here at Bay Kia and will continue to bring my vehicle to them for service. They ran over the time that they promised me and as a result of waiting maybe 15mins longer they comped my oil change. They love their customers and will do what is necessary to keep them happy. We dropped of our 2004 Kia Rio Cinco to have regular maintenance done as well as other work, like tightening the fan belt. We bought the car new from this dealer and bring it back for regular servicing. When they returned the car to me this time, close to $2000 later, the car was screeching. It was the fan belt. The guy who was trying to give me the car back said cars do that when you made a hard turn, especially when the AC is on...WHAT?!?!?! He argued with me for a little while. Luckily, the mechanic who originally worked on my car came out when he heard the sound. He worked on it right there in the receiving dock and made the screeching stop. Kudos to the mechanic who cares about his work!! Very unpleased with the customer service from the guy who takes in and releases the cars. He pretty much was saying "Hey, you paid for the screeching to stop and it does except when you turn the wheel. But it's supposed to do that." If it wasn't for the mechanic, I would probably stop going back. more

Mr. E was great the service was also great. Although I had to wait 2 hours on an appointment for an oil change, Mr. E was open and honest about the wait and he assured me I would still receive great service. He explained everything about my tune up and maintenance of the car that was very helpful to me now and in the future, like what to look for and what not to look for. Thanks Mr. E more

Outstanding Customer Service with communication 7/24/2013

Appreciated the time with ET who explain in great detail the service planned for my vehicle for its 60K maintenance service . Also, had the opportunity to speak with mechanic Joe about the funky GPS prompt. After the initial "exam" of my car, ET presented two other items that my car needed which were not part of the 60K service. Overall, while my visit cost was higher than expected, the service was superb. The car is good to go for another 12 months! Great to see Kim back too! more
