Review content:
We dropped of our 2004 Kia Rio Cinco to have regular maintenance done as well as other work, like tightening the fan belt. We bought the car new from this dealer and bring it back for regular servicing. When they returned the car to me this time, close to $2000 later, the car was screeching. It was the fan belt. The guy who was trying to give me the car back said cars do that when you made a hard turn, especially when the AC is on...WHAT?!?!?! He argued with me for a little while. Luckily, the mechanic who originally worked on my car came out when he heard the sound. He worked on it right there in the receiving dock and made the screeching stop. Kudos to the mechanic who cares about his work!! Very unpleased with the customer service from the guy who takes in and releases the cars. He pretty much was saying "Hey, you paid for the screeching to stop and it does except when you turn the wheel. But it's supposed to do that." If it wasn't for the mechanic, I would probably stop going back.
