Before getting spinal adjustments by Dr. Salamay walking had become difficult because of my legs. I felt like I was walking in deep mud with weights on my legs and my lower back hurt. After the adjustments I can stand and walk around about an hour without any pain.Before I could only stand or walk for only 10-15 mins before my back hurts. Now I can walk fast and further without getting short of breath. My lung capacity has increased its function by 40% since I begun treatment.
