A large but friendly local bookstore, with a helpful staff that really know their books. They also have regular events that are fun, I have been to several with the author present...

Great Used Books 9/2/2010

This is a great place to find older books. I had one specific book I needed and was happily surprised when they sold it. The price was $5.00 which was a real bargain.\r \r The place is very well organized yet aisles are pretty tight and it is a challenge to maneuver when it is busy or when the shelves are being re-stocked by staff.\r \r Overall I recommend. more

Bay Books 7/31/2010

I needed something to read on my vacation so I stopped in at Bay Books. Everything was very well organized so I was able to find my favorite section easily. It is a second hand store so the books are a fraction of the cost you will pay at large book stores. I loved it there! more

My new book store 11/16/2008

I thought I was walking into a library when I entered. All the books are sorted into categories and arranged by author, so it is easy to find a book. The staff are very helpful and offer reading suggestions. The prices are discounted and the books, although used, are in good condition. When I finish reading the books, I can return them for store credit and keep right on reading! more

Great Little Book Shop 3/28/2006

A good place to go if your looking for a good book thats cheap. They have tons of used books that are in very good condition. They have an overall great variety of books whether you want Children, Romance, or Mystery. more

Bay Books 11/30/2005

A good used book store with friendly staff. I used to shop here quite a bit, but since their ownership changed, they dont carry as many paper arts titles as they used to, and thats disappointing. Still, this is a good place to look for a cheap copy of a book on the kids required reading list. The Concord store is a good place to find TV and movie-related titles. more
