What a great change from the previous owners. These guys are quick and good. I had two from tires changed and mentioned that the previous owners changed the rear tires and didn't change the valve stems, causing an annoying slow leak. When I picked up my car 30 minutes later they had not only changed the front tires but also changed the stems and balanced the rear tires. Nice touch! I've been back for another car's tires and will continue to use them for all my tire needs. I would highly recommend them.\r more

I have been servicing my cars at the Daly City Tire Center since 2002. Richard and Bill are the most professional, helpful, and trustworthy mechanics i know. They always do solid professional work for a very competitive price. Most importantly, they really stand behind their warranty. I just picked up my wife's car from the shop today. Several relatives were skeptical about auto shops warranties, preparing me for heavy arguments, and time/money wasted in confrontational disputes. This is the way to get things done in auto-shops, right? WRONG! As soon as i described the issue to Bill, he simply said ""we'll fix it for you, no problem"". And they did, at no additional cost, no questions asked. At this auto-shop you will see a great team of friendly, professional, customer-oriented people, who are willing to help, and pay attention to details - they would even give you a free ride to the nearest BART station. We started using Daly City Tire when there were previous owners. I was a little skeptical to continue using them when they changed hands because I had a very good relationship with the other owners. Ever since I have been going back I have had great experiences. I sit there waiting for my car, and it is such a friendly environment. They have done pretty much everything for my car from shocks and struts to changing my oil. It is hard enough to find a good mechanic, with Daly City Tire they will let you know what you need to do. If something is not necessary to do right away, they will tell you. They don't just try to take your money. more

I have been going to Daly City Tire a long time. They do everything there, tires, tire rotations, oil changes, spark plugs, really everything. I went to them a couple of weeks ago and had them do my breaks, windshield wipers, an oil change, and they rotated my tires. Daly City Tire is the only place I will take my car. It has been a great experience. I have no complaints. They will drop me off home, and pick me up when the car is done. You can't get that at a lot of places. more

I would not reccommend this using this installer Daly City Tire and Auto Service because they put my wheel locks on too tight while getting new tires installed (purchased from tire rack).\r Daly City Tire and Auto Service broke one of the wheel locks and damaged another one and did not tell me.\r \r I just now found this out during my oil change and I am currently paying $200 to Toyota in order to get this replaced as a result of Daly City Tire and auto service being negligent.\r \r Also, Daly City Tire and Auto service did not offer to do a wheel alignment when they installed my new tires, so this was another necessary extra I had to have done at the dealership.
