I've been a regular customer at BPG for 6 years now. Since the beginning they've been an honest, reliable shop for all my BMW repairs. They handle everything from electrical work to brakes to tires to alignments?they are truly a one stop shop. In addition to having state-of-the art equipment to work on all the BMW models their techs are BMW trained who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Bavarian Performance Group to anyone looking to have their BMW serviced. more

Service was courteous and clean. Loved the massage chair. I would hope that in the future you could offer some Saturday hours. It was refreshing to get a promotional discount via email. Keep them coming. more

Rear Brakes Replaced Today 11/18/2011

I have been a customer since January 2006. I am on my 5th BMW and have dealt with numerous independent repair shops and dealers. BPG is the only place I would take my car to or recommend because of their straightforward, professional, intelligent and honest approach to every repair I have had done. Their work is done right the first time and their guaranty is second to none. Highest recommendation. more

First Visit 11/5/2011

I appreciate the honest feedback and care for my vehicle. Since I'm new to the area (and new to winter driving) I was especially happy with our discussion on snow tires and wheels. I look forward to hearing from you on if you were able to find some wheels local - so that I can buy tires and have them shipped direct to your location. Took my 04 330xi in for a number of symptoms and Dave helped me figure out that many of them were due to one front wheel issue. I was being told many things by other shops. Real experience makes a difference. Thanks! more

Best BMW service in Boston Area 10/10/2011

If I had to summarize my experience with Bavarian Performance Group in one word, that word would be Professionalism. These guys really work with their clients and are very transparent. They invite you to see what is wrong with the car and keep you updated with any required work on your car. I have gone to different independent mechanics, and Bavarian Performance Group is by far the best choice out there. more
