Batts Body & Paint

I had my Audi TT repaired at Batt's Body and Paint. Jeff and his team do a great job. If you need paint and body work call Batt's. I hope I never need them again but if I do they are the only place I would trust with my car. more

Extremely disappointed. AVOID the heartache by going here. Seems like nice people but business is business. I brought my 2013 Kia Optima to them with Bumper damage where it had separated at the seam when a concrete parking block was ran over. Took to Batts and Jeff gave me a proposal to replacement the bumper($940). I then contacted my Insurance who had me go to Terry Labonte body shop where they took pictures and checked everything out and cut me a check for $1300. I then took it back to Batts and told them I got a check from my insurance and would like to get the bumper installed, Jeff and lady came out looked at my car again and was sure it only needed the bumper replaced even though i pointed out another bend in the metal on tip of quarter panel beside the trunk and the gap between the trunk and opposite quarter panel and I pointed that out and he said that they would take a look once they had the bumper off and could see in there. He would not move forward until he called me and let me know if any other damage was in there and a price to fix it, but was still sure it was only the bumper. We set a date of to begin work on 6-19-17 and i dropped car that day with 2-3 day estimate. Called back spoke with John on Wednesday and he said be ready tomorrow. So I went to pick car up and was NOT happy when I saw the result the bumper they replaced was not flush at the seam- its not flush its curved and they blamed it on the factory. What was worse was the other damage I pointed out to Jeff was not repaired either it basically looked almost he same if not worse when I brought it in. John the tech agreed with everything I pointed out but said that Jeff was out of town and had been out and did not note anything on the work order about the other damage I clearly pointed out so they didn't do anything accept forced the bumper back on the car bending it and blaming the factory. John said he would keep car and see if he could adjust truck or anything but called me Friday and left me a 2 minute long voicemail of errors more

When you need to get your car paint touched up (like with my cute little red car), go see John Batts and family to get your car worked on. They do auto bofy work and paint and are in a great location. They are located right on Guilford College at the Bridford parkway intersection and have terrific parking. The prices are decent, if a little high...but they say you get what you pay for. more
