Nice Store -- Not well stocked with Candles or American Girl 8/30/2006

The staff are very helpful at the store. And it always smells so wonderful..... Bath and Body products are always plentiful but I have been disappointed with the lack of variety and availability of their selection of White Barn Candle products as well as the American Girl line/promotions. more

Everything I need! 4/4/2006

I love Bath & Body Works products. I have yet to purchase soemthing that I am not pleased with. The staff at the store in Lees Summit are very pleasant and willing to help you the secone you walk into the store. They often have great sales, which is when I stock up. The store is on the small side, so when they have a big sale, it can get pretty crowded. But overall, I enjoy this store and am glad we have one close! more

Bath & Body Works 4/1/2006

Bath & Body Works has such a great selection of different lotions, shower gels, and soaps. They have a wide variety of scents and they are always bring out new ones. At this store the employee's are so nice and always quick to help you or show a new product. They do have a really good return policy. All you have to do is bring in the product whether it is brand new or half gone and they will let you exchange for something else no questions asked. So if you buy something that smells good in the store and at home you don't like it all you have to do is take it back no problems! more

Friendly Staff 3/28/2006

I am pleased with the staff at this location. They are friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of merchandise and I've never not been able to find what I am looking for. The only draw back is that the store is entirely too small and really can't accomodate too many people at one time. more

Wonderful Store for Bath & Body needs 11/26/2005

This is my favorite of the three stores I have been to in the Kansas City area. I have found the staff to be more helpful and a lot friendlier at this location. They are willing to answer all your questions and really take the time to make sure you find everything you need. They are helpful with coupons and make sure you have what you need in order to redeem them. I shop at this store about 2-3 times a year during sales and holiday time. I don't really need to shop there more often because I stock up at their semi annual sales. The products are great. I really love the body lotion and the antibacterial products. more
