I had a problem with leak in my basement and friend of mine recommended Basement Waterproofing to do the job. They came in, surveyed the area, and fixed the problem. Sloppy , hasty, and aggressive 11/23/2009

This has been one of the worse experiences ever. The guy made a mess of appliances and thought nothing of it. He also had to be persuaded to finish the work, but insisted on payment before completing job. This crew makes you feel like your dealing with nickel and dime types from some eastern block nation. Here I was ready to pay for even more work to be done, but these dummies are so hard up that they treated me like a nickel and dimer even when I was fully prepared to pay. Thank God they finally finished and left. I plan to hire a more professional person to do the other jobs. Horrible dealing with these types. It's like they just got off the plane and set up shop. They lie also, claiming to have several crews when it's a four person operation. Steer clear. Cons: Horrible business people more
