Roseanne Bracket(or alias below D2010) of 2670 Colonial St, made below complaint after we installed 20 yards of topsoil, seed, and straw to misc lawn areas in May 2010. All areas came in perfectly except the full sun front. She let the new seedlings burnout. We offered to free reseed, but she wanted to argue. This Spring she had reputable Micheal Troyano reseed same front and it is 80% percent weeds today. We have fully maintained the neighbor 2671 for ten years and their lawn and property are perfect. We have been using Bartolini Landscaping for a few years. During that perioed they have cut our lawn and have performed fall leaf clean-ups. We have found them to be very reliable and courteous and the work is always performed to our satisfaction. more

The owner talks a good game but don't question him on anything that he does. We paid over $2,000 to get some of our lawn repaired and after 3 weeks we didn't see the progress that we should have seen and we contacted him. He told us that everything was fine and just wait another 3 weeks. After another 3 weeks with minimal progress, we contacted him again. It took several times to get him to come to our house. When he did come, he was extremely offensive, yelling at my wife that we were not respective of him. He proceeded to tell us that there was nothing that he would do as it was too late in the season and he ""refused"" to plant grass so ""late"" in the season. (That is why we called hihm after only 3 weeks.) We had numerous people tell us that he did a poor job but he thought that he did a great job. When he actually rushed the job, planted the wrong grass seed (what he planted doesn't match the rest of our yard) and then had a thousand and one excuses why it didn't work out like it should. Needless to say, we no longer use him to mow our lawn and we will never recommend him and his company to anyone, especially to anyone that has some landscaping knowledge, which my wife and I have.
