I first saw this place on an episode of ""This Old House"" and though maybe some day I'd like to try it out. Well, my partner and I were in Boston for vacation this year and decided that we'd see what everyone was talking about. Somehow we missed out on the huge lines that seem to be the norm here, we walked right in at 11:45 and sat right down. The burgers were top notch and the atmosphere inside is definitely tight on space, low on privacy, and high on background noise. However, the onion rings and the good quality beef made up for all those shortcomings. Our waiter seemed to have better things on his mind than waiting tables, but the girl waiting on the people next to us seemed really great, so let your money do the talking, that's what tips are for, huh? Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for that ""Harvard Square"" experience.
Pros: Great onion rings, good burgers, interesting atmosphere
Cons: Service, value
