I purchased a 20111 Altima 2 weeks ago and was in a hurry after the deal was agreed to and didn't read all the fine print....my bad. Fees were just about $1000 dollars added on that weren't even discussed, also they disallowed $500 of my rebate because they talked me into financing different than I wanted to.... Buyer beware, don't sign if you're late for work and in a hurry!!!!! more

Clueless Sales People 5/2/2011

Honestly, I would like to give them negative stars if that is possible. I understand they are a Nissan dealer, but at least be semi knowledgeable on the USED cars that are on your lot. It makes you look foolish. In an auto magazine we noticed a '07 4door Jeep Wrangler X for sale with sidesteps, soft top, and the usual five spoke alloy wheels. After an hour drive we pull in and see a Jeep for sale, but it was clearly different.... a HARD top, no side steps, the steel wheel package NOT the alloy wheels, and the plastic of the bumper was off.... so clearly different vehicle (we like hard tops so we thought hey, ok, lets check it out). Meanwhile, the sales reps were trying to tell us that this was the same exact vehicle in the magazine and that the steel wheels were really alloy... really? Also, we were told that it must come with a soft top if that was what the picture shows. Honestly, most Jeeps come with one or the other, and again, the picture displayed a CLEARLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE. We took the Jeep for a spin anyways since we had driven all of that way. The brakes were making loud noises and there were lots of other interesting suspension noises. Not to mention, the passenger front air bag dash was completely scratched to pieces and the door hinges are rusted and bubbling. He assured us that they would take care of the brakes and any noises because "this is certainly not what we want to hear on a test drive" ... he conveniently mentioned this after stating that the Jeep undergoes a 120 point inspection.... After the test drive we find out that the Jeep is actually worth around $3000 more than the list price... the small print in the magazine was conveniently blurred so you could not see that the list price was only after putting down $3000. We still decided to see what kind of deal we could work with them. Here is where the REAL fun started. After looking up the value of our trade, they decided to offer us almost $9000 less than what we had seen the value for. He claimed that what we wanted was too high and that the people selling for that just wanted to make a profit... Then we mentioned that, that was exactly what they would do, buy it from us embarrassingly below what it is worth and then list it for $9000 more. We could have worked a deal and I understand this is a business but $9000 less is an insult. He also mentioned he would have a hard time selling it due to gas prices. If only he knew that our SUV does way better on gas than the Jeep he was trying to sell us. Point is... the people there are clueless... they know nothing about the cars they are selling and the cars they are taking in as trades. I hope they at least know a little bit more about the Nissans they are selling ;) more

BE AWARE, ALL HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! SLEEZE-BALLS TO THE TENTH DEGREE!!! 6/4/2008

I bought a 2004 Volvo S60. My sales rep was nice enough, a little sneaky but most are. I needed a spare key, the car only came with one. So she told me she would call when it came in and I could have it sync for free. Two months go by and I CALL THEM. They transferred me to three people before some one could tell me that my sales person quit. Then I had to call back because the sales manager was busy. After getting the run around with that (another 40 days) I finally got to the point of being able to come in and get the new key sync with my car and I could be on my way. I was moving to Virginia the day after my appointment so I had no time to lose. The sales manager promised to get me out quick and even wash and vaccum my car too, "send me out of Mass looking good", he told me. Well the key was cut wrong, which leads me to believe they never ordered me a key at all. And my car didn't get cleaned. So the sales manager told me he would order the new one and send it down, and after I got it sync, to send him the bill and he would cover it. I didnt receive the key for 2 weeks, so I called, AGAIN. I get this response, "oh he doesnt work here anymore", so now you can understand my frustration. It then took the parts manager to lie to me about sending out my key, another month (and counting), and three voice mails for the new sales manager for me to threaten to have my lawyer involved. I was told by the new sales manager that he had never heard of me but if he had he would have handled me personaly, so he gets my key right there and says they were sending it out priority. That was May 28, and it is now June 4. I have most recently sent them an email, with no response (how suprising). I would love nothing else than to see that place lose their Volvo certification and every one of them be out a job! I loath that establishment more than I have ever hated anything ever in my life. My first vehicle I purchase on my own, and they ruin my experience! Pros: Volvo's are great cars, great selection of certified pre-owned Cons: horrific customer care, horrific retention rate of employees, love to pass to the buck more
