Our carpet had a lot of wear spots and some urine stains, Barney did an excellent job cleaning them and making the carpet look new again. We needed the carpet replaced in our closet and had the piece of carpet needed to put in. For a small fee Barney happily replaced it for us and even restretched some of the rooms where the carpet had "bubbles". He was very professional. He has these cool CSI glasses to check for stains in the carpet that are not visible to the naked eye. Unlike other Carpet cleaners in Portland, Barney treated all our spots and the spots have never returned like they have done in the past with other carpet cleaning services I have had. I was concerned that the carpets would take all day to dry, but I ran a few errands and when I returned much of the carpet was dry.
I liked that they are organic because I have grandchildren that play on the floor and I have several friends that have allergies to smells, I was worried that "organic" wouldn't do as good a job as chemicals but I was wrong. We were very happy with the results. I have used them twice and will continue to use them in the future.
