a fine store 6/10/2007

I have enjoyed my visits to Barnes and Noble over a period of many years. Whether I need to run in and out with a specific purchase or sit and work in the cafe, I find this store to be a very positive environment. The booksellers have been consistently gracious and helpful, many going more than the extra mile. The bookstore is good/the Starbucks is not 6/1/2005

B&N on average is a decent bookseller. One thing that bugs me is their lack of understanding regarding customers wanting to look up titles themselves. PROS: Books, music selections CONS: Starbucks, lack of customer-searchable database. more
