This is my favorite bookstore. I can spend hours in hear just browsing. Very clean and great environment. LOTs to choose from with an excellent variety. Some things are not priced real well and you can get them on-line for cheaper. Outstanding prices on bargain items. more

I enjoy getting a chai tea when shopping for books....its so good that I actually buy the canister to make at home. Service is so-so. I have a hard time finding employees to help me when I cannot find a book. Although it can be difficlit finding a book, the place seems clean and organized. Location: Fabulous location located just across from the Galleria Mall. I would prefer this be in the mall, but I still love it. They have a great selection of books, laid out in a well organized manner The coffee Shop is outstanding, if not a little pricey. The staff are helpful and it is easy to locate the information desk. Their prices are a little high compared to online retailers, however they must pay rent and I undrestand that. Childrens' area is wonderful. They have a thomas the train table where the kids can enjoy racing the trains around the track. They have a seperate area for children's reading. The children's area sales person seems to be the same person all the time. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and seems she loves her job. Checkout area - I don't like the checkout line. It seems cluttered and I cannot fit next to my kids between the table set up. PROS: location CONS: check out area more

This is probably the better of all Barnes & Noble that I've been to and I've visited a lot. They have all of the latest publishings and some are even at discounted prices. The store is clean and well organized. more
