I came here to look for a book for my niece. I like that they have computers where you can look up a book. So you many not know the name but you may still be able to find it. The associates were also helpful to help find the book. more

Books...my other obsession 11/29/2007

If I'm not wandering around in foodie stores like Sur le Table a few doors down...I'm wandering the bookstores. When I go mall shopping with friends...they actually have to pull me away from the bookstores. I can't help it if I'd rather peruse the aisles of literature (or romance novels) rather than racks and racks of clothes that I'm not going to buy or can't wear. Barnes & Noble in Old Town Pasadena is definitely a shopping destination for me. They have a very good children section and I always find something for my nieces here. I'm the weird aunt that never buys toys. I buy books...and they love it...whether they know it or not. more

Very generous bookstore 3/9/2007

Its okay 6/20/2002

This place seems to get a little to crowded at times but its pretty cool. It is kind of small but you will find just what you are looking for. The customer service is a little hard to find but hey.. they are so busy! more

Not so bad 6/10/2002

Just an average BN. The sitting isn't ample, the magazine selection could be better, and the store is not that large. If you are looking for a good BN check out the one in the shopping center at 3rd and Fairfax in LA. more
