I always enjoy shopping at the Burnsville Barnes and Noble, as it has a huge book selection and the booksellers are usually helpful and well trained. The Burnsville store recently moved into a larger building, which is nice, and what is nicer is that now they have a cafe like most of the other stores in this chain.
One thing people should be aware of is returns without receipts; Barnes and Noble will now only attribute the lowest cost that the book has been at to you instead of the current price. Gift-givers should be careful to include a receipt if they are at all uncertain about how the book or cd will be received.
PROS: great selection, now has a cafe
CONS: return policy isn't great
