Everyone was very friendly but man, very very uncomfortable. I had two root canals and I guess one was infected because it wouldn't freeze up for nothing. But other than that, I guess it was as good as it gets... more

The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Roxanne she stood up, shook my hand & Welcomed me there. WOW! I had my teeth cleaned by Bridget, she is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Plus she sent me off with a cute goodie bag filled with dental products & a full size Colgate Pro-Health toothpaste. Very Cool! They also had fruit, water, coffee & tea available. It's nice to go to an office where they appreciate you being there. I can't wait to go back to there again!:) What Pleasant experience! Thank You! more

After a life long severe fear of dentists, especially teeth cleaning, being now 56 yrs. old, started seeing Dr. Barnes in April, 2010. My fear is now gone, now looking forward to appts. The entire clinic and staff are all both classy and cordial. I love how they offer free nitrous oxide and huge windows in each rm., offering a beautiful, calming view of a forest and stream. After my initial cleaning and 2 appts., my teeth have never looked or felt better!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

If the friendly receptionist, waterfall, fireplace, complimentary coffee, Internet nook, and panoramic forest views don't have you completely relaxed by the time they call you for your appointment; then the lightly massaging dental chairs in the oratoriums with windows from the floor to vaulted pine ceiling overlooking the stream running through the mini-nature preserve will have you forgetting this is a dental office at all! Big selling point for me is the fully digital x-rays ( instant high contrast imaging with only 12% the exposure to radiation that a traditional film x-ray would need ). Dr Barnes did wonders building up uneven teeth with epoxy resin to make my smile almost perfect - can't believe the difference! I adore my hygienist-she is very careful and friendly. I was surprised that the rates are very competitive and there are coupons in the news paper too. I feel very fortunate to have found such an awesome dental office that is focused so astutely on the customer experience - I wouldn't change a thing. more
