I am being sent to a specialist for a bad root canal...why can't they do it? After all, they perform those types of services??

Finally a good referral! 8/4/2011

I was in and out within an hour for a routine cleaning and had the best hygienist in recent memory...so much so that I requested her care going forward. They have nice digs and state-of-the art equipment. Very extemporaneous, everything went well. I have sensitive teeth/gums and felt no pain from the instruments or procedures in general, which took all of the apprehension and anxiety away - a far cry from previous white-knuckle rides. more

Cleaning Experience 8/3/2011

As always the hygienist, Bridget, was wonderful. She's quick, thorough, knowledgeable and a delight to talk with (as much as you can talk in the chair of course). There was no waiting, the reception staff was welcoming and pleasant, and the building is relaxing. I love going there and would recommend it to anyone. more

Excellent Cleaning 8/2/2011

I have been a patient for about a year and a half. Dr. Barnes does nice work but the thing that really stands out in my mind is the work of his dental hygienists. Brighid has cleaned my teeth a number of times now and I can honestly say that I have never had a better cleaning. She is very concientous does a thorough job. She is also very careful with the soft tissues in the mouth and that is appreciated! Brighid great job! more

Used to be better 8/1/2011

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Barnes and it has always been a wonderful experience. Over the past few years his support staff at the front desk have become increasingly rude and I had to make the decision to leave and find a new dentist. I'm going to guess that Dr. Barnes will never even know I'm gone! more

orthodontic check 7/25/2011

as 40-something i didn't think it was possible to see my crooked teeth move into alignment the way they have in just a few short months now! my recent ortho check measured my progress and allowed for a couple quick adjustments to facilitate the final stages of my treatment. the staff was very professional and dr barnes was in the room minutes after i got in the chair. no waiting! more

Great staff..great service! 7/22/2011

So appreciate getting me in on short notice! Ann was fantastic, and figured out why my teeth were turning dark. She spent extra time to make sure they were thoroughly cleaned as the stain from the oral rinse I was using had done a real job:( She knew exactly what my insurance covered, and put my mind at ease. You have experienced staff and great customer service...a winning combination! Thanks! more

Replaced a Filling 7/21/2011

I've had a quite a few fillings done back in the day and this was hands-down the best of a not-so-good experience. I hate needles, and I never even felt the needle for the novocaine go in. The only thing that would make it better would be a TV to watch to pass the time away while they're working on my mouth! more

From the front office to the back, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for approx 11 years (even before moving to the new facility). Robin was wonderful. She is very personable & professional. Even though I dread the dentist office, my teeth always feel so good when I leave. Thank you. more

Since I have been going to Barnes and Associates, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff is amazing...you can tell they love their jobs. Why can't medical offices be this much fun! Dr Barnes and his staff make your dental visit seem almost like a pleasure to be there. The main focus of the office is your comfort and to anyone who is a dental coward, this is important beyond words. I honestly don't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else. more
