This is the warmest, friendliest and best place ever to have your pet groomed. They care for every pet that enters their doors like it was their own. I think that person who wrote the bad review was at the wrong place... I won't take my dog anywhere else. They are the only people my very grouchy dog lets handle her... If you really want a home away from home for your pet, go to Barkley's!!!!! more

I have taken my two dogs to every groomer within a 20 mile radius and NONE compare to Barkley's! more

Awsome Experience 12/29/2010

Wow! What an awesome experience. The two owners are so professional, the store is spotless and my dog has never been treated better. I have never met people who love dogs more than this awesome mother/daughter team. I will recommend Barkley's to everyone I know who loves their dogs! more

Barkleys is the best 12/29/2010

I live out of state and always visit new "Do it Yourself" dog washes when traveling. Barkley's is the best. I visited Barkley's 12/22 and my family and dog had a blast. From the topical atomosphere to the clean tubs to the caring / very welcoming staff, Barkley's offers the best possible experieince. We can't wait to return. more

What horrible things to say about a business that are not true! We know who wrote all these terrible things about us and our staff, and it breaks our heart. Hope it made you feel better to hurt us. I am one of the owners and I know that we give nothing but love and attention to every dog that walks through our door. My daughter and I started this business a year and half ago, and we love it. more

heartbroken over untrue reviews 12/29/2010

Have to say as the owner of Barkley's Dog Wash in North Palm Beach, I am very upset by review written below. My mom and I are in this place 99% of the time and if anything our customers say we kill them with too much kindness. We make sure you understand exactly what you are doing at the tubs, including what type of shampoo etc! We often help the wash your dogs! We take customer satisfaction to heart and know nearly every dog that has been here!!! We are also complimented on cleanliness daily! So sad that someone has written horrible things about us!! more

This place is great. I have been going since they have opened. Everybody seems very nice except for the person who left the negative comment. I guess there are just miserable people who can never be pleased. I wish it was closer to my house but I will still keep bring my dog anyhow. Its not like the typical groomer mills . YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Maybe its just me but when I go into a buisness I expect to be treated nicely not ignored. I went in last Monday and the lady that was working there ignored me and when I finally got her attention she didn't know about the shampoos, conditioners or much of anything else. She acts like your bothering her. The dryers make horrible soudns and scared my dog, the towels didnt look clean and they have a basket of brushes and combs that don't look like they have ever been cleaned. Its a very grade-school run type of place. Hand printed signs stuck up with scotch tape and a manager that doesn't manage anything. I won't go back. more
