excellent customer service. The girls up front are great. Took my wife's necklace in to fix the break and was able to pick it up the next day. Check out their website for coupons and deals-had a coupon for a watch battery so I ended up getting that changed too! more

So happy with the service from here. Just got a ring for Valentine's Day (of course) and was so sad that it was too big-it was antique and beautiful, really wanted to wear it right away. Took it in the next day, and they sized it for me while I waited. 20 minutes, out the door, it looked better than it did to begin with! Thank you! more

Great, friendly, homey environment, love the family pictures on the walls. I dropped off my ring to have it resized, and waited in the lobby, and a few minutes later had my ring back and better than ever. I'll definitely be coming back! more

I had a silver pendant repaired here that was from Tibet my friend bought for me 10 years ago. No one would touch it, and they took my pendant in and were able to not only repair the loop the necklace went on, but gave it the antiquing look that silver gets over time. It looked better than new when I got it. Their staff was so knowledgeable and I found out they've been in the area for 60 years. I'm so happy that they were able to fix it. more

Larry, Moe and Curly repair - or attempt to repair - jewelry. If you value your jewelry or even hope to wear it again, DO NOT take it to this poor excuse for a jewelry hospital. I dropped off a pair of earrings to have backs put back on and when I picked them up one of the earrings was almost completely ruined, something that was not acknowledged by the staff. At all. And to add insult to injury, they didn't even put the earrings in an envelope or bag for me to take them home in. I have had many pieces ""repaired"" here so I gave them a fair chance. I can say with authority that these guys have very little expertise in jewelry repair. more

After finding some costume pieces from my Great-Grandmother, I wore a favorite and it broke! I took it to Baribeau's and was told quickly the cost to repair the piece! Anything of my Great-Grandmother's was well worth the expense but the fact that I had it back in just a week was wonderful! My costume pieces are now trusted to no other place! I also posted this under their Baribeau & Sons listing! more

Took my ring in to get fixed. The place looked cute and many people wandering about. The jeweler came out to llok at it and said he could fix my loose diamond (but might have to change the setting). I loved the setting, don't change it I told him...but could you just fix it. "oh yeah, I can fix anything" he said. What a JOKE. When I picked up the ring after TWo WEEKS of him continually telling me it's not ready yet...it's not ready yet (he promised it in 4 days) I was shocked on two accounts. The price mysteriously went up, because he had "a hard time" and second and most importantly, 48 hours after I took it home the loose stone (that he fixed) FELL OUT! When I called to try to get answers he refused my calls and refused to return my money! Avoid this rip off artist at all costs! more
