Christine Blundon, the former property manager at Banyon Properties, managed the rentals for the Rivermill Homeowners Association. She is, by far, the best property manager that I've ever worked with for the 30 years I've been renting property from coast to coast... Yep! Best in the USA!!! She is professional, considerate, responsive and extremely detailed. She watches out for the tenants as much as her boss. You won't have any question that she is working hard for you to make sure your rental is safe, secure and comfortable. Rivermilll HOA and Banyon Properties was very fortunate to have Christine looking out for them and Banyon had a STAR on their staff!!! Thank you, Chris! You've helped us with 3 rentals over the years and we had been in Rivermill for 4 years... the best of the best! Our family is forever grateful to you for the wonderful job you do! Banyon will never be as good without you!!! more

Present Banyan Property Management is terrible when it comes to homeowner association management. Impossible to reach, non-responsive, overall terrible communication processes and skills. Reagardless of what it is - trying to rent the club-house or reuqesting to explain why there is construction being done on my property premisses without any prior notification. Property manager Christine Blundon is plain unprofessional. These people need to up their game - I am paying their salary, but see 0 effort from them. Would never recommend. more

We rent a place from them and have been here about 6 months. The only problem we had was with the water heater. They replaced it the following day and that was that. we have had no other maintenance issues and they were always pretty easy to deal with. more

I am pleased with their diligent service and the way they handle great tenants and not so great. They often resolve the problem if any, without my involvement. Repairs and maintenance costs are scheduled well in advance and are never a surprise. They do a good job! more

Banyan manages one of several properties I own. This one is managed well and the maintenance and condition of the home are good as well. The have secured good tenants and make timely payments. more

I have been trying to get a problem resolved for more than a month in our community, which is not a rental one, with no success. Banyan Property Management has no idea how to run a community. They change the property manager every 6 months. Those managers are terrible, have no experience, and just sit on their hands and wait to get their pay check. more
