I was not at all impressed with Dr. Bansal - She has absolutely no bedside manner. Throughout the entire appt. she had her head down\r looking at her laptop - at the same time talking to me. At one point I wanted to tell her - I am here please look at me!!!\r About a month later I get \r a bill in the\r mail for $303.00 - An absolute rip off!!! For 303.00 dollars for a 20 minute appt. I should at least get some eye contact. Her secretary is very difficult to understand. I am sure there are better doctors in the WNY area more

no bedside manner and nasty!!!! 4/3/2011

She is well known to be a b!tch and she pushes the big drugs on you. She needs to be closed down she shares the office with a saboxin doctor and the wait is well over an hour and a half as you wait you have the saboxin people asking for pills and I think theres something fishy going on because she trys to get you hooked then sends you to him. This is not a good doctor at all.To top it off you cant understand a word her or her mom (her secertary) says more

The wait time is well over an hour. Dr. Bansil has no bedside manner at all. She pushes the strong drugs and refuses to give muscle relaxers only tabs and morphine!!! Same office as the saboxin doctor so you have people in the waiting area asking for pills and she gets you hooked then sends you to the other doctor. This place needs to be shut down. You cant understand a word she says or her sec. more

Great Bed Side Manner 10/1/2007

I have been to see plenty of doctors for my condition but when i came here i felt alot better about the treatment that they provided me with. Now if you just out lookin for pills this is not the dr's office to see but if you are really injured and need to see a pain specialist this would be the office I would recommend. Pros: Wait Time - you are usually seen within 10 - 15 minutes of your arrival, depending on how busy the office is on that day Cons: Parking...There is not very much parking more
