After retaining Mr. Bill Bannister, I did not hear from him until 4 or 5 months. Since every phone call is $375.00 per hour, you don't want to call unless you have to. I was going through a divorce and didn't have alot of money to blow. He told me he had fallen at Christmas and gotten a concussion so got behind. I never really felt like he fought for me in my case. It was business as usual and he wasn't in any big hurry to settle my divorce. I was very disappointed, even though he always acted very professional at appointments.
