Made the mistake of attempting to use the tellers at the window. At this particular branch there are two lanes with two service windows double stacked. I pulled up to the first service window and was asked to move forward which I did. When I wasn't moving fast enough at the second window, I was asked to gather my things, drive around the building and get back in line because the customer behind me was finished with his transaction. I sat there surprised for a moment because I hadn't been there but for a moment when the teller said, Ma'am, ma'am, do you get what I am saying? Oh wow. Poor design coupled with an even worse solution.
