RANDOM things, like our college diplomas. After all that, they told us we could get back the $1000 we paid for the two inspections (one of which was never done). Well, it's been two months, and you guessed it, WE'RE STILL WAITING. HORRID HORRID place -- I just want to be DONE with them!
