Pushy salespeople & unreliable work. I had some stuff done by these guys & it was horrible. They wanted to push crap & act like it's something great. I researched some of their stuff like Black Mamba & it's worth like $20 but they want a lot more than that. Plus that Md Sound crap is sold at 7elephants online for a fraction of their cost. Like $15 compared to $50. Anyway when they FINALLY got done with the install I left & in a matter of no time I had issues with my subs cutting out. I went back the next day & they actually wanted to charge me $35 to check out their screw up. I went to another shop & they had to change the way my subs were wired because it was wrong. They redid my ground as well because it was a bad connection & the ring on the ground wire wasn't on good. They also replaced my battery connection because it also wasn't on good. They also advised me to have my 4 gauge amp kit replaced whenever I can because the kit that was used was such a cheap kit it would cause me more headaches later. Since all this has happened I have recently found another shop that has VERY friendly people, along with great prices & VERY good work. Now I go to carz by design & even though it's a small shop I feel they are the best. more

These guys are getting cheap cheap china stuff and then selling it triple price. Best place to get ripped. Most of those reviews they put themselfs to hide the bad ones. WOULD NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. more

I purchased 2 sets of speakers, head unit, battery, and had it installed by them. My head unit was sold to me as brand new. I found out later it is factory refurbished. The installation of the head unit was sloppy. I was there for 10 hours the first day. I came back for another 3 hours the second day because they didn't ground the system correctly and the head unit installation was sloppy. To there credit and 3 more hours of my time, they fixed the problems hastle free. They were friendly for the most part. The salespeople were pushy. the installers have not the slightest clue what they are doing. Go to best buy or the place on yadkin... But do not make the same mistake I did. more

I went to the new ""Banging Systems"" by downtown with my boyfriend. We had been looking all day at places for GPS navigation's.\r Banging systems does offer a larger selection of navigation's, but not a lot of GPS one, nor did they have many brand name, higher quality. The prices were decent, but BEWARE the salesperson will make it seem much more. He told us for a GPS navigation and speakers for a truck would be 2,000, but worked all the way down to 1,100 including taxes, plus he said it wouldn't take long, we were there for four hours.\r The speakers are decent, and we got the Kenwood GPS in-dash navigation, and its pretty good, movie quality is great.\r Why I gave it such a low rating, the salesperson, EXTREMELY pushy, so before you go know what you want and the price you are willing to pay. Don't let them B.S. you.\r AND\r The quality of the work was horrible. A day and half after we got it put in the right rear inside door reflector magically came off, they tried pasting it on with this black gloo. Plus the dash where the navigation went in has a huge gap underneath, and you can move it. So the broke a clip that keeps it in place. more

Store is OUTSTANDING, superior work. Must say its the best. Speakers and cd player work swell. Greatly recommended to all. Banging Systems is a nice and respected store. more

o got a alpine cd mp3 player they intalled in my 08 chevy tahoe and banging systems sold the alpine cd player to me for 89.99 brand new they got all kinds of deals i like their service and the profesional installation like any where in the world cant please everyone specially jerks more

...so, after getting charged $120 for an FM modulatory (which costs about $35) I tried to return it and the guys says: ""...we only give store credit."" I don't need any thing in the place, so I take my $120 paperweight and leave. \r DO NOT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE!\r I don't know what led me to stop at a place called BANGING SYSTEMS in the first place. What the hell was I thinking?\r I gave them one star only because you can't give them zero stars!! Cons: Butt still hurts after 3 days... more

WTF did they do to my car? These paople should not be in business. Had to have my whole systems redone somewere else. Do not recommend to anyone. more

This is by far the worse audio installation place known to mankind. All the people that work here are very unprofessional. They make promises and don?t fulfill them. Also they do horrible work installing car systems, window tinting, ETC. I trusted them to install an audio system in my brand new 2009 Acura TL, in which they did a horrible job on. I had to take my car up there every month for six months for them to correct a problem that should?ve been fixed from the beginning. They suppose to be professionals, to be honest I don?t think that they know what they are doing. They installed equipment in my car that wasn?t compatible with my car and they drilled holes in my trunk in which I requested them not to from the beginning and they did anyways. As a result they drilled through my antenna box which cost me additional $500 to replace, Through the Acura dealership, in which Banging Systems refuse to pay for, with that being said I DON?T recommend anyone to do ANY KIND OF business with them because this business is a disgrace. more
