Pushy salespeople & unreliable work. I had some stuff done by these guys & it was horrible. They wanted to push crap & act like it's something great. I researched some of their stuff like Black Mamba & it's worth like $20 but they want a lot more than that. Plus that Md Sound crap is sold at 7elephants online for a fraction of their cost. Like $15 compared to $50. Anyway when they FINALLY got done with the install I left & in a matter of no time I had issues with my subs cutting out. I went back the next day & they actually wanted to charge me $35 to check out their screw up. I went to another shop & they had to change the way my subs were wired because it was wrong. They redid my ground as well because it was a bad connection & the ring on the ground wire wasn't on good. They also replaced my battery connection because it also wasn't on good. They also advised me to have my 4 gauge amp kit replaced whenever I can because the kit that was used was such a cheap kit it would cause me more headaches later. Since all this has happened I have recently found another shop that has VERY friendly people, along with great prices & VERY good work. Now I go to carz by design & even though it's a small shop I feel they are the best.
