Banfield the Pet Hospital

Dr Flethcer is wonderful. She is a down to earth vet that will explain everything you ask. She truly loves animals and wants to help. I only let her treat my dogs. more

I brought my 7 year old cat to Banfield because she was not being herself, and I had a wellness plan. They kept her most of the day and I was told they saw nothing wrong with her that she might be depressed because of the holidays. Never heard something so crazy. The next day she was still not herself I brought her back they saw nothing wrong. Brought her back again the following day they finally decided to do an x-ray only to discover she had fluid in her lungs and sent my on my way to a specialist. They never called to see how she was. Ultimately due to their untrained inexperience Vets my cat had to be put to sleep. I have since cancelled the wellness plan and I will never bring any animal to Banfield they do not care if your pet is a member of your family they are more concerned about adding charges to your visit! more

Good for dogs only This vet office is located inside of pet store. Their prices are good and the veterinarians there spend the time that is need with your pet to find out what is wrong. But not good for any other animals besides dogs and maybe cats. So if you have any other type pet I would suggest looking elsewhere. Which is really a shame as it would be nice if they catered to all pets. more
